Paul brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across the private and public sectors, most recently leading the transformation of Skillnet Ireland into a cornerstone of Ireland’s enterprise strategy. During his tenure, the agency more than doubled its national reach, expanded its influence in EU and national policy and built deep cross-sector partnerships that now enable over 90,000 workers and 24,000 businesses each year to become future-ready.
