Paul's experience spans business transformation, organisational development, and public affairs—partnering with industry and government leaders to build high-performing teams, lead positive change and secure long-term competitive advantage. As Chief Executive of Skillnet Ireland, Paul led a transformation of the national workforce development agency, establishing it as a cornerstone of Ireland’s enterprise strategy. Previously Paul held a number of executive leadership positions in HR and Organisation Development in the financial services sector, leading critical transformations and restructures.
Niamh is a seasoned leadership development specialist and executive coach with deep expertise in personal effectiveness, behavioural change and high-impact learning. With over 25 years’ experience in financial services and consulting, she partners with organisations navigating complexity, change and transformation. Her work spans individual and systemic development-designing and delivering experiences that build strategic clarity, resilience and the leadership capability needed for today’s fast-moving world. Niamh has designed and led strategic culture, leadership, and capability strategies that align people development with broader business transformation goals. Known for her ability to connect deeply, challenge constructively, and deliver insight that shifts mindsets, she supports management in leading with purpose, confidence and impact. Ronan is a seasoned organisational behaviour consultant and executive coach who challenges senior leaders to think differently about systemic change, workforce transformation, and leadership impact and development. With deep experience in financial services, hospitality, and retail, spanning roles in industrial relations, change management and strategic HR, , he has led organisations through large-scale workforce transitions, including restructuring for efficiency, scaling for growth, complex digital transformation and merger and acquisition integration. A former executive team insider, Ronan brings sharp insight to critical moments, helping leaders cut through complexity and deliver results.
Liz Pieters is an experienced executive coach and organisation development consultant, specialising in leadership development, team effectiveness and enabling cultural change. At Futurus, Liz partners with organisations navigating complexity, helping leadership teams align people, strategy and implementation to build more resilient organisations. Based in the USA, Liz has more than 20 years executive level experience spanning global leadership roles, operations, sales and professional services with a Fortune 500 company. She has held an Executive Board presidency for an IT based non-profit organisation and subsequently oversaw its Executive Advisory Board. Liz brings an integrated, holistic approach that draws on her pragmatic experience and empathic lens to support our clients. Liz has a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching from Ashridge, Hult International Business School and brings a distinctive and nuanced cross-cultural awareness to our client engagements.
Neville is an experienced organisation behaviour consultant and coach. At Futurus, he works across workforce transformation, organisation design and effectiveness, change advisory and implementation, leadership development and coaching. He is a trusted sounding board for leaders thinking through critical leadership issues. Prior to joining Futurus, Neville held executive leadership positions in Financial Services and Med-tech where he was involved in a diverse range of activities including scaling businesses, restructuring, digital and cultural transformation.

She has worked across sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, and technology, and coaches in both English and French. Her practical, culturally sensitive approach builds trust quickly and drives lasting results. Beth is also a qualified coaching supervisor, supporting the growth and development of coaches across diverse settings.
